This is for a dual membership ($75 for first member + $25 for second member). A dual or household membership is for 2 (two) named members residing at the same address.

By Purchasing this product, I/We Agree to the Release of Liability Agreement:

Every reference to Mad About Art! (MAA!) shall be deemed to include its MAA! members, chair persons, board, volunteers, contractors and agents of any kind. I/we agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAA! from and against any and all loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney’s fees MAA! may incur arising out of or in any way connected with any death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising from my participation in MAA! activities.
